1. About SIMHSYNC

SIMHSYNC is a private SIM automation application and web platform for registered telecom and VTU business operators.

2. Information processed

Account and business information
Connected-device and SIM information required for operation
SMS and USSD provider responses
Wallet, transaction, API, webhook, security, and diagnostic records
SIMHSYNC does not collect unrelated personal conversations.

3. SMS and USSD permissions

The Android application uses relevant permissions only to execute authorized telecom instructions, receive provider responses, and report results to the connected platform.

4. Background operation

The application may run as a foreground service so approved transactions can continue when the app is minimized or the device screen is locked.

5. How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, process telecom transactions, maintain wallet records, deliver provider responses, support API integrations, send signed webhooks, secure accounts, and improve reliability.

6. Data sharing

SIMHSYNC does not sell user information to advertisers. Information is transmitted only to authorized platform components and services required for an approved transaction.

7. Security

We use protected sessions, restricted credentials, transaction PIN controls, trusted-device protections, API authentication, webhook signatures, and other technical safeguards.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated as the platform, legal requirements, or operational practices change. The current version will remain available on this page.
